Yamaha Clavinova CLP 970 to MacBook Pro

I looked over all the websites I could find on this topic, but could never get a clear, simple answer:

I want to connect my Yamaha Clavinova CLP 970 to MacBook Pro. I still can't see clearly what I need to buy and what I need to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Mitoguitarman: Your question may perhaps become the key to somewhat frequent
questions related to Mac's. I don't know for sure, but it seems that Owners' Manuals from Yamaha do not provide guidance when it comes to linking their pianos/keyboards to Mac equipment.
May i suggest you contact Yamaha Headquarters at
