Also there is casio 810 In which claims to be Indian keyboard.

looking for Indian style keyboard
by: Anonymous

Hi Kiran and friends,

I am very interested in buying a Yamaha KB with tabla and Indian instruments on board. There are several cheap choices to be had but that would be like throwing money down the drain. I believe, for quality there is no compromise. I play harmonium well enough and sing ghazals frequently for my friends. I find it very expensive when I have to hire a tabla-player to accompany me. It would be so nice if some one could suggest top of the line portable midi keyboard that would deliver quality as well as sound, and also offer me versatility of recording and fun filled practice with tabla.
Is there such a thing available in the United States? Is psr2100 or psr s900 my best choice? If so please let me know, my e-mail address is: mallazmat@yahoo.com

Sincerely,
Azmat

best key board
by: kiran phalke

Hi I am kiran from dombivali. I have tried several key boards previously. I am very satisfied with PSR 2100 as it contains sounds suitable for indian songs. Now I have psr s 900 which has some oriental rythems in multi pads. I have suggested yamaha to add tabla dholak etc. which they have agrreed. You can also add indian musical voices by purchasine online from sruti.I recorded fifty songs on psr 2100 and gave many single man orchestra performances. The psr s 900 is also good.
Kiran
