Neither.... C'mon you can get easily PSR550 or higher models for reasonable rates... 240 is too old and out of production now... I have 240 and suffering with it.. Can't upgrade my ideas, my skill and try something new.... Get a better one man...

Just for your question I would 240 is a higher model. Though the features are almost same, 240 is still better in terms of the voice quality but 175 is slightly better in terms of the styles.
