Which is better - PSR E213 vs PSR E403?

My 14 year old son had learnt to play on a Casio keyboard when he was 5 years old. He learnt if for 2-3 years, but left it due to pressures of school studies.

He has now again revived interest in keyboards and we are keen to buy him a Yamaha.

Which is better - PSR E 213 vs PSR E 403 for him?
