when I play two keys together they make a loud noise

when I play two keys together (e.g., A and D below middle C) they make a loud noise, but initializing the unit does not solve it.

Any suggestions?

Hi Tito,

The only thing I can think of is the rubber underlaying-contactpad is broken.

....para ver si ellos tienen los "colchones" de goma. Otrosin, tenga cuidado al tentar un reparo casero! Es mejor preguntar si hay tecnicos cerca de su domicilio que estan mejor preparados para efectuar reparos. Buena suerte. Gracias por su contacto y vuelve frecuentemente. Sera siempre bienvenido.
