What keyboard has a heavy touch like an accoustic piano?

by Roland Davis
(Tunbridge Wells, England)

To save me and my family from hours practising at my grand piano I use an electronic keyboard for practising.

Currently I have a Kawai ES4. It is a nice machine with a good sound and it feels like a real piano but unfortunately the touch is far too light (even on the heaviest setting). A very light touch is probably superb for jazz players who want to dance over the keyboard but it is hopeless for classical music where you can only get the accuracy you need from heavier keys.

Yamaha's graded action sounds good but it will be useless for me if it goes from light in the bass to very light in the treble.

Any ideas folks?
