Usb storage in yamaha keyboard

I have PSR 290. Been thinking to buy a new keyboard .
Internet is full of midi files , wish to utilise in live functions , Is it possible to store midi in usb device n play keyboard at the same time ?
Is midi storage aPLPLLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING MODELS ?
PSR 413,425 ,S700,S900,GW8

midi storage for keyboard is needed

I have korg i4s.floppy is not working sometimes.I have no harddisk in korg.I want a usb device for midi files to upload to korg easyly by midi port is there any idea for this ?

A simple way to store and quickly access an almost infinite number of midi files for your PSR keyboard is to midi connect it to a pc. I have a separate hard drive on which I keep all my midi files as well as text files with the lyrics to all the songs. A simple clk of the mouse opens a file and begins the play sequence. I also have a midi sequencer/edit program on the same drive. Midi files are so small that thousands may be stored on one hard drive.
I'm thinking about getting a second, cheap, older model pc just to run my PSR 260 because organizing and working with midi files does not require the latest pc technology or sophistication.
