transposing automatically

Hi there
i have yamaha psr 2000, recently it developed a strange problem the. after turning on the keyboard i find all the keys transposed automatically, the F key is gone up to G key A to B ....
could any one tell me how i could fix this?
i tried running the system restore but didn't work.

PSR 2000 Transpose Problem

Dear Metkel: If all Yamaha PSR's share the same procedure, and if you have not done the following, try again to see if it works:
TURN ON THE POWER WHILE HOLDING DOWN THE HIGHEST WHITE KEY AND THE THREE HIGHEST BLACK KEYS.
This action should initialize your unit to "Factory" condition. Please post a follow-up message if my suggestion solves the problem, so I can make the same recommendation whenever any other Forum participant needs help. Thanks and good luck.
