Transferring User Played music from the keyboard to pc

I have been successful in transferring midi songs from my pc to the keyboard but now I am trying to transfer the songs I've played on my keyboard to my pc as midi files via the USB port on the back of the keyboard. Is this even possible?

Having just installed Win 7 (demo) and forgotten to save all my music stuff from XP, I've equally been searching for that program I knew I'd used before to transfer files. It's called Musicsoft Downloader and you can get it at:
