Transfering From Keyboard to Computer

I have a PSR-e323 Keyboard.
I am trying to transfer between my computer and Keyboard:

1)When I try to transfer a Style from The Musicsoft Downloader, after the download is cpomplete, I get a "file del" message on the keyboard and when I try to register the file I get a "no file" message.

2)When I click instrument in Musicsoft Downloader the keyboard shows a "Com Mode" message and nothing on the keyboard functions. I want to transfer a user song to the computer. A connection check indicates the connection is proper.
