I someway have disabled the sync stop button and also the

the harmony button.

how can i fix problem

factory reset

Hi Brent,

You did not mentioned the kboard-model but do a factory reset if it is a Yamaha.
Hold down the highest white key and the nearest 3 black keys while powering up the kboard. This should bring it back as it came out of the box. If you have saved anything in the user-area, make a backup first because this reset will delete everything that was not in the kboard when it left the factory.
