Dear Jerry:
IF the YPT 410 is similar to the PSR Series, NO it probably does not have a Smart Chord. If I’m right, a “Smart Chord” (or so-called “Single Finger Chord”) has to be played with the Left hand as follows:

Pressing the Root Note with one finger produces the Major Chord corresponding to that note.

Pressing the Root Note, plus the first White Key to its Left produces the Major 7th Chord corresponding to Root note.

Pressing the Root Note, plus the first Black Key to its Left produces the Minor Chord corresponding to Root note.

Pressing the Root Note, plus the first Black Key to its Left, plus the first White Key to its Left produces the Minor 7th Chord corresponding to Root note.
