Saving files as SMF from the DGX 230

My son just received a DGX 230. We cannot figure out how to save his recorded song from the keyboard to the computer as a SMF file. We can export a BUP file only.

Same problem

I'm having the same problem - I can connec the keyboard fine, then the .bup file shows up, but not my user songs! Do I have to save them in a certain way?
