You did not say under what conditions you acquired your Unit. Used/new, Age etc. The problem you describe can be the result of something as simple as accumulation of dirt/obstruction. previously spilled liquid, delayed response to the micro-processor, all confined to the area of the keys mentioned. These are the first possible group of culprits. There may be others. If you bought a new keyboard and it is out-of-warranty, you have to decide whether to find out the cost of professional repair vs the cost of a new replacement (and of course how much you love the Unit).
