reset settings of the psr 413

Dear friends.
I live in Peru.
I bought a Yamaha PSR 413 and I would like how to reset the factory settings for my yamaha psr413.
I can"t hear the intros with voice like I heard when I practiced and bought it. I wait your response. Thank you. How to reset everything.

Dear Virginia: I have a PSR E 403 which is similar to your PSR 413. If you still need the info, try two things:
Turn on the power while pressing the highest WHITE key.
Secondly, turn on the power while pressing the highest WHITE key plus three highest BLACK keys.

The first action erases part of the recorded memory, and the second restores the keyboard to Factory condition.
