PSR-GX76 Keyboard Fault

I have a PSR-GX76 keyboard and when I turn it on, only the display backlight comes on, I hear the audio amp come to life .... sort of. I tried to get data on the first Yamaha IC (XY512AO) but to no avail. Would any shorts, perhaps the audio output IC, caps etc, cause the controller to seize on startup. any ideas technically would help...tang...

NO AUDIO IC

THE IC THAT YOU ARE SAYING IS NOT AUDIO IC. iT IS A CONTROLLER PROCESSOR FOR THE KEYS. YOU MAY HAVE TO MAKE A RESET.
