PSR-330 midi problem the computer says N..ooo

Some weeks ago I plugged in my usb leads into the keyboard and downloaded a midi file from the net,
Played it through Cakewalk Express 3 a freebie on a disc and it worked fine.My keyboard roared into life to play the midi.

Since then I forgot the magic words, cos' it won't do it anymore. I just have the keyboard in grand piano(it comes on when you fire it up).

I clearly am missing something, my computer says it sees my usb and I clicked them in Cake.

It will play the music through my earphones plugged into my soundcard when I select a different output to usb,but not through the keyboard.....yes all the volumes are turned up high. Help I am now gibbering and bald.
