Problem with Yamaha motif xs buttons

hi im having big problem and i would be greatly appreciated 4 your help

my buttons from 9-16 and the mute button are not working anymore wats the problem here??


i hope its not big i mean plzzzzz help cuz i did reset the factory stuff and still the problem is there.

plus is there any ways to access these buttons without pressing them,??


guys im lost and worried cuz im in africa and my keyboard here is way too expensive its 6000$

and im too scared that this problem will cost alotta money to be fixed so plz help the brother out plzzz
