problem with two keys

I have a Yamaha DGX 620. I cannot play the A and Bflat keys simultaneously in ALL octaves on my keyboard. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can get it fixed?

contact pads??

Hi SS,

Yes, if the problem is the same with all the keys of the same kind it is most likely a broken underlay-contact pad in one of the octaves.

All same keys follow the -same route- so to speak into the soundprocessor. It is not so easy to find and you better have a prof (Yamaha trained) repair-person have a look at it.
Not really a DIY job unless you are skilled in this stuff.
