No tone when hitting keys on Yamaha Grand E-Piano DGX-620 YPG-625

I have a Yamaha Grand E-Piano DGX-620 YPG-625 and sold it to a friend. She tried to play on it, but when she hits the keys, no tone comes out. She tried pushing every button, turned the volume up and down, but nothing works. The display is fine, it seems that there's something wrong with the speakers obviously. Has anyone experienced the same and could give me hint what to do? I played it one day before I sold it and it worked fine then. Maybe a fuse is bust? Please help. Thanks Sarah
