no sound coming from my Yamaha psr-e303

10 mins ago my Yamaha psr-e303 was working now it has no sound power is still available LCD is lit but not responsive

any ideas im very new to this and only bought it today

Dear Netiele:
1) If you have a Headphone plugged in, remove it (and its adaptor); when plugged in the unit's speakera are automatically cut out.

2) Check with the Seller. If suggestions received from them do not work, DO NOT WASTE TIME. TAKE THE UNIT BACK FOR A NEW REPLACEMENT.
