booting problem

Hi Nate,

I am not familiar with the Motif but I would do a factory reset. If there is anything in user areas it will be lost so I hope you have backups in that case.
First another try, UNPLUG your kboard from the mains an wait 10 seconds before connecting again.
Start up and see if this does the trick.

If not, do a mild reset: Hold down the highest white key while powering up.

If that doesn't help either do a factory reset and hopefully that will bring back the keyboard to the 'out of the box' state.
Hold down the highest white key + the 3 nearest black keys while powering up. That will erase everything in temporary memory.
The original internal voices and styles etc will still be there.
