My yamaha keyboard PSR-640 suddenly non of the keys are playing and the remaining is all functioning normally ?

A particular IC has gone i believe which was explained by the experts. where can i get the yamaha IC which i need I have written to the company any one advice me in this forum so it will be of great help. Otherwise I have to buy a new keyboard.
