My LCD Display screen has gone off

I have recently purchased a second hand Clavinova CVP 59s piano and I am in the process of downloading a user manual as the tone of the piano does not sound correct (i.e. a normal piano tone). In the meantime my 7 year old daughter was playing the piano and the LCD display screen went off...she said that it came up with a message 'Light off' and then the screen simply disappeared.I have tried turning on and off. Can anyone suggest anything please - sorry this is all very new to me. Thank you
