MIDI with Yamaha PSR 740`

Does somebody know how I can setup my PSR 740 for hooking it up to my computer using a MIDI -USB Cable?

I found the MIDI menu, but how to set it up???

I am using SONAR LE as the recording program.
I use a ROMIO 2 Midi interface cable.

HELP I NEED HELP !!!!!!

backup data memory

hi!my keyboard yamaha psr or700 needs backup data,it's seems got a virus so i can't access any or it can't operates it's natural.
