Messed up keys on a Yamaha mo6

two of my keys went out and some keys are louder than others how can i fix this myself? The music store says that I may have knocked keys out of place can I open my keyboard up or should I just send it off?

Dear Jeremy: The problem is probably from worn Underlay Pads under the keys. A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN (Preferably Yamaha-authorized) should be able to restore your Unit to playing condition. Good luck.

5 in a year and a half. This board is not for aggressive play. All keys that broke were broken in the same spot. The end that you cant see where weak little plastic meets metal. I now fix them myself at home, ordered some keys from yamaha. I need a new keyboard though. Was a bad purchase for my style of play.
