Lighted Keyboards

I am looking for a lighted keyboard with Karaoke functions - I would like to be able to download additional karaoke songs as well....do you have something that fits the bill....please advise....Andrea
PS: I like the features on the Yamaha PSRK1AD...is that one lighted???
