learning to play the keyboard

I am trying to learn to play the keyboard, but no matter where I look, I cannot find lessons that fit me, a true beginner. One that has the keys layout, how to practice, practice lessons. I have checked out so many, I am now so confused. I need something simple, easy.
Lessons that actually tell me what to do and when to do it.
I cannot afford much and certainly cannot afford lessons.

I recommend the following very highly having tried it out myself. It's not expensive at all. Nowhere close to hiring a music teacher.
