Keys inoperative in High C octave

My brand new 405 plays well in all octaves except High C. The 5 topmost keys don't respond at all, and the lower keys in the octive provide a very weak sound. I've tried all the repair suggestions that I found in the manual to no avail. That includes resetting the keyboard, turning up the volume, removing the headset and mike jacks, balancing the sound, etc. Is there anything else you might suggest before I call a technician?

Charles,

Yes, my suggestion is, don't waste you're time and take this brand new keyboard back to the dealer.
If it is under warranty he should repair or replace it.
