Keyboardist looking for a band - Los Angeles

by Phillip Gardenhire
(Inglewood, CA)

My name is Phil. I've been playing keyboards for a long time. My style is more smooth jazz or fusion vs. straight ahead and traditional. I read music. I went to USC for music. I have a Motif ES8, and Roland G6, and a Triton classic 61 key. My style would be more like Phillippe Saissee, or Joe Sample, with a little Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock on the side. I live in the Los Angeles area.

Keyboardist Needed 4 Hip Hop Band (LA)
by: Tito Calloway

I'm putting together the tightest Hip Hop Band LA has ever seen. I need musicians who are very versatile in their respected talents. Currently I am looking for keyboardist/pianist to join the band.
I'm a hip hop artist/song writer that likes to blend different musical styles into my hip hop songs. So basically you have to be able to go from rockin' out to laying back to a grown folk jazzy type vibe to straight up getting funky!!! I just finished recording my album and have been getting some pretty strong feedback. I worked hard to make sure that my album represents strong song writing showcasing evolutionary lyrical content along with great artistic soul driven musicality. If you're interested in hearing more, hit me up!!!
I need keys with skills.
Check out my myspace page to hear a few snippets of my new album. If you are interested in being a part of the revolution email your info for an audition.
