Keyboardist available, Arizona

by Ron Ansel
(Prescott, AZ )

B-3 sound + Korg Triton Extreme

B-3 sound + Korg Triton Extreme

If I could have my wish, I would like to tour with a major Christian tour band. I have been playing keyboards for 45 years. I am 62, however look like 50, because I work out 3 hrs a day, including one hour of swimming and daily yoga and weights. so I'm in tip-top physical condition.
ok, I know just about every Christian song out there, because I play in an amazing 11-piece pro ensemble: the Praise and Worship Band at the Living Faith Christian Center in Prescott Valley, AZ. I have been with them for 3 years, and before that with Justin Unger and the Heights Church for 2 years. These are pro musicians.
I play 2 keyboards. On top is a Hammond XK-2, which is my B-3. It is connected to a real beefed-up Leslie, so it sounds authentic.
The other keyboard below the Hammond is a Korg Triton Extreme. I use mostly 3 settings, that is Hawaii 5-0 Horns, Warm Strings, and Dyno-tyne electric piano.
So I am the orchestra, and the Korg is very powerful, and it plays a large role in controlling the overall dynamics of the band.
I know all the licks and chops, I started out in 1967 as a street musician, then worked on a Doctorate in Music at UNC.in 1994.
I've been making a living building houses for the last 5 years in PrescottAZ, but the market is dead now for that.
So I'm ready to hit the road. I'm single, I own my home, I
can leave tomorrow.
Just send me the charts and the MP3s, and I'll be ready for an audition anywhere.
Thanks for reading this, and I hope you email me at ronwolfson@aol.com or call 928-848-8148.
