Keyboard Plaayer Wants to form Top Notch Ozzy and Sabath Tribute

I am a pro keyboard player looking to form Toronto's Only Top Notch Ozzy and Sabath Tribute Band. Need an Ozzy look and sound a like with good vocals. Also need all back up musicians as well. Want to rehearse for a full year and work out all the songs as well as form a good show with lights etc. After the first six months hire a management company who can really book the band to play good shows in Canada and the United States. This is a serious project and it is not about going out after two months to play the dives for free or free booze. If you are a drug user or heavy drinker, then this is not for you. Please no egos. I wnat this to be a big production with some light travel at first mostly on weekends. Please no hang ups and nagging Wifes or Girlfriends.you must know how to play your instrument and love to rock and be willing to learn at least 25 strong tunes. Thanks
