keyboard missing an octave

We just bought the keyboard and one octave of the lower key does not work. Is this common? Is it an easy fix?

contact pads??

Hi Pam,

For sure not common with a new keyboard and since you just bought it, take it back to the dealer and let them sort it out.
If it is a damaged underlay contact-pad it is not difficult to fix or replace but NOT a DIY job.

YPG 225 missing all A's!

Hello,

A's won't work on the whole keyboard. Is this an easy fix? Or possibly the contact pads?
