Key stuck in CLP 930

I have a Yamaha Clavinova CLP 930 and 2 of my keys keep getting stuck down when i play. We're trying to change the key and we cant seem to get it out. We don't want to damage the piano. How do we pull it out the right way? and where can i get a new key?

Dear Sabrina: I can't seem to find this model number among Yamaha's releases, so I have no idea how old your Unit is, but the very fact that you say you "don't want to damage" it indicates it is well-looked-after. This fact alone prompts me to recommend that you not try to repair the keys youself. You may have checked the cost of having the work done professionally and feel the cost is too high. If that's the case, I can address only one part (NEW kEYS, NOT HOW TO REMOVE the original ones). Go to sales@oaktreevintage.com
they may have replacement keys. Good luck.
