Info Please - Yamaha DGX-220 keyboard

I have a Yamaha DGX-220 keyboard. Unfortunately, I am unable to tranfer music that I've written to the computer to convert to MP3.

I'm wishing that I would never have purchased this product. It's difficult and I am disgusted that I am having so many problems transferring.

Also, the song out is only saying songout - - -.
I have no clue. Please help.
