If a keyboard has a HEADPHONES OUT you can record MUSIC to any PC to make a CD for example. Send me your mail-address and I will send you a step by step letter how to do that.

To print music from your recordings is another story. You need to transfer the MIDI-files (that is NOT music) from your keyboard and you also need special software to read the MIDI-file and print it.
You can print the melody-line only with the chords (fake-book style) or the whole 'partiture' (all instruments).

Your (older)keyboard needs to have the possibility to transfer your MIDI-files onto a floppy-disk or something and your PC (for copying) the possibility to read a floppy-disk.
But the answer is simply YES it is possible.
