I have a psr 295 keyboards and it won't allow me to tranfer midi files

SO far everyting is connected and microsoft downloader is up with the file i want to transfer. But it is saying that my keyboard is not connected and keeps giving me a failed message how can i resolve this problem

Transfer From Computer

Be sure to put your Keyboard in PC mode. Then you can transfer midi songs from the computer to the keyboard. Unfortunately I'm still trying to find out how to transfer from the Keyboard to the Computer.
