it is displaying on screen & there is on functional thing

Setting manufacturer's defaults

Kindly assist me on the procedure to set the manufacturer's defaults on PSR 2100. My transpose is not working and the voices cannot be changed either. please send to my email :georgethiga8@gmail.com
