I am trying to set the metronome to count 3 instead of four....

I am trying to set the metronome to count 3 instead of four, but every time I start the beat up it goes back to 4. HELP!!!I have a DGX205

not all beats are 4/4

Some of the rhythms are in different time signatures(6/8,5/4,etc). To change the metronome time, press and hold the metronome button and it should come up.

Metronome Count changes back to 4

I have the same problem with my DGX-530. It is really frustrating. I think it might have to do with the style that is programmed in. Try changing the style to a waltz or other 3/4 timing and take it off the memory register.
