How to use europeean Tyros 3 in USA & UK ?

i would like to buy the Tyros 3, but i'm afraid i'll cannot use it outside europe, the problem is that sometimes i have to work in UK and also on UK & US ship companies. do somebody know a good sollution, how to switch the power supply from 230v to 110v & from 50hz to 60hz ?
