how to get my yamaha to play garage band instruments.

I need to know how to set my keyboard to to play garage band instruments. I use a edirol um1 to go to the computer. I can't get the keyboard to play different instruments coming in from the computer?

Check the plug setting

Check the setting :

The input plug from Edirol <-> output MIDI socket of your keyboard.

The output plug from Edirol <-> input MIDI socket of your keyboard
