How to change a from one key to the another by using only only F or F-Sharp

I'm an amateur Keyboardist. I do not learn it but due to the interest, I bult my on own PSR 170 Keyboard which i u normally use in Practicing. It is a problem for me when playing the musical keyboard, Sometimes when i am playing on the F or F-Sharp, The singer normally change the key and either go to C or D. So, It is a problem for me changing and playing on that Key C since i only play on Key F and F-sharp.

2, How can i get some chords to play on High Life and Reggae?

pivot chord

The pivot chord for the key of C major is G7 (it's the fifth or the dominant chord for that key). When you are playing in any key (except C major) and want to move to C major find your way to the G7 chord - the next chord is begging to be C major

Some kind of answer; I try to use 'transpose' but atimes the sound don't get along with the singer and atimes it works when you transpose
