how do you repair or replace sticking keys

how do you repair or replace sticking keys on the Motif 8. I have the cabinet open and the key bed out but removing the keys appears to be pretty tricky. What is the proper steps to safely remove and replace with new or repair existing.

Sticking key

Daddy,

I had some good result and advised it a few times with sticking keys by using a bit of talcumpowder (Babypowder, any smell is fine!!) as a dry lubrication under and around the bandit keys.
DON'T EVER use an oilbased lubricant because that will damage you keyboard.

Give it a try, it won't hurt.
