How do i transfer files to my PC on my PSR-E413

whenever i try using Music downloader i click on the Musical Instrument Icon and a box appears and tells me that it cant communicate with the device.

I had same problem but if you run the comnnection check just make sur ethat the Yamaha is highlighted on both in and out, click OK and it will work.

When you return to the music downloader window you might need to click refresh a couple of times.
