How do I reset Yamaha YPT 300?

The E key and the A sharp keys don't work in each octave now. Is there a way to reset the entire keyboard? I assume it's computer related.

The keyboard can be reset.

With the keyboard in OFF, hold the C key (highest) one down and then power ON. It worked and we are back in business.

If some keys in each octave are not working it is usually the 'contact-pad' underneath the keys that is broken and it need to be replaced by a Yamaha technician.
