Dear Stephanie,

There are two ways to reset Yamaha keyboards.
First is what I call a mild reset..
Press and hold down the highest white key while powering up. Takes a few seconds only.
This reset will clean everything in the flash-memory what was NOT saved in user-area's.

The second method you should only do when the keyboard acts very strange and it will bring your keyboard back to the status as it came out of the box. Unless something is broken of course!!
Unplug from the power for 10 seconds first.
Press down the same white key + the nearest 3 black keys while powering up the keyboard.
That's it!
This last one however, the FACTORY RESET, will clear everything in your flash-memory AND whatever you've saved in USER-AREA's so make backup's first!!!!
Don't worry about internal voices and styles etc. these are not accessible by this action and can not be deleted in any way.
