Heating of PSR 700 keyboard

Hi!
I am Justin from India .I bought a new PSR 700 keyboard.I am happy with it but it gets overheated over the right speaker within 15 min of playing..is it something abnormal What should I do ?

Heating of Yamaha PSR 700 keyboard

Hi Justin,
I have a Yamaha PSR-700 OR and like you have the same overheating problem on the right hand speaker. I have solved the problem by adding external speakers to the headphone socket at the front of my keyboard. As the result no overheating takes place. In my opinion the overheating problem is a fault and if you are not carefull it might damage the electronic components of your key board. External speakers of a PC computer would be sufficient to solve your problem. If you are going to play in a large room or a hall you could still connect the strong amplifier speakers to the connections on the back of the keyboard. Use the speakers connected to the headphone socket at the front as Monitors so that you can hear the sounds.

Yamaha PSR S700 right side speaker overheating

Hi Justin,
I have had my PSR S700 for three years now and my keyboard has the same problem. Overheating on the right side speaker and rhythm distortion which has nothing whatsoever to do with high volume. Since I have a PA system with speakers, I drop the volume to very low level and let the PA do the work. My PSR S700's fault occured 2 weeks after purchase, I returned keyboard with recorded tape of the distortion and the supplier told me I was wasting my time and that Yamaha would not repair or replace speaker! Is this true Yamaha?. In every other way I am pleased with keyboards performance, and considering updating to Terios

THIS IS A VERY BAD KEYBOARD THE SCREEN DAMAGE AND THR RIGHT SPEAKER DAMAGE THE LAST VERSION WAS BETTER THAN THIS YAMAHA A 1000 PSR IS THE BEST

cara memperbaiki tombol-tombol keyboard PSR 700

saya punya keyboard type yamaha PSR 700. masalah nya pada tombol lampu pada voice terjadi konslet, lampu tersebut berpindah-pindah tempat pada saat dimainkan dan tidak sesuai dgn keinginan .
mohon dicari solusi nya utk masalah ini . .

i have psr-s700 for 2yrs the right side get hot and the speakers distor very bad,
i`m going to sue yamaha
