functions not working - Yamaha PSR 203 keyboard

I have a Yamaha PSR 203 keyboard. The problem is that its functions does not work at all. Neither of its functions are working. Its volume buttons nor its tone buttons nor its rythm buttons, nothing functions. When it is switched on only the default piano sound comes. We cannot change the tones nor lower or increase the volume. Please Help me ......

Defective PSR 203

Dear Suman: It's always difficult to make long distance diagnoses of keyboard problems, and while I wish I could help with yours, the possible causes for the defects are too numerous for any "guess work". I believe your unit is relatively new (released in 2005), which prompts me to advise you to find a reputable local tecnician who can properly diagnose and repair it. Any other suggestions on my part would be speculative. Good luck.
