Hi Sean,

I hope for you there is someone with the correct info. As this is a forum for mainly Yamaha-keyboard-enthusiasts I advice you to look for a Technics- forum, they must be somewhere.

Success
Dick

Technics Reset
by: Alfred

Dear Members:

Dick Rector’s advice to Sean Clay (above) is the best course of action for Technic enthusiasts. Dick, I and probably a few other members besides us, know that "Technics" is bowing out or no longer active in the field of electronic pianos/ keyboards. Too bad, as their product seems to have enjoyed a good reputation. It would be a sheer coincidence if some members own or may have had experience with Technics equipment and they might be able to help.

Dick’s counsel is applicable for all brands other than Yamaha. The info to be found in the subtitle “Other Brands” to the left of this post seems to be the only links we have available for those brands, and I’m sure our webmaster (Mantius) included the subtitle as a courtesy to all, fully expecting non-Yamaha enthusiasts to visit other corresponding forums for their “deeper” questions. When I first became a member of this Forum, I remember clearly having to do (very little) research on one of my units (a Casio CTK 611) at another forum. It just takes a little effort to learn a lot more.

Keep well.
