I believe they are the same keyboard, but targeted for different markets.

they're the same thing, different names.

I'm pretty sure they're really exactly the same thing. They're just named differently for different markets. I believe the YPG series is meant for the US market while the other one is meant for abroad. They sell both in the US anyway.
I looked at the specs, tried both and I can't find any differences at all.
